Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from WiredCom (operated by Radha Industries). This policy explains when and how you can return an item and receive a refund.
Return window
The return period varies by product, and the specific window for each item is shown on its product page. Most products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Some items are marked as non-returnable on the product page (for example, certain hygiene-sensitive or made-to-order items), so please check the product page before purchasing. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all accessories included.
How to request a return
Contact us at radha.industries26@gmail.com (or use the Returns option in your account) within the return window shown on the product page. Tell us your order number and the reason for the return, and we will confirm your return and arrange the pickup.
Return shipping
Return shipping is free — we arrange and pay for the return pickup. You do not need to pay any courier charges to return an eligible item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 working days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed to a bank account or UPI ID you provide. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the amount to reflect.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us at radha.industries26@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund, including any charges paid.
Non-returnable situations
We may be unable to accept a return if the return window for that product has passed; the item has been used, damaged after delivery, or is missing parts, accessories, or original packaging; or the product is marked non-returnable on its product page.
