Shipping Policy

This policy explains how we ship orders placed on WiredCom (operated by Radha Industries).

Where we ship

We ship across India. Orders are dispatched from our location in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Shipping charges

Free delivery on orders of ₹999 or more. Flat ₹79 delivery below that. That charge applies to standard delivery, and the free-delivery threshold is measured on your order value after any discount. Express delivery, where you choose it at checkout, is ₹150 and is not covered by the free-delivery threshold. Some products ship free on their own regardless of order value; where that applies it is stated on the product page. Your exact delivery charge is always shown in the order summary before you pay.

Delivery time

Shipping is handled through our logistics partner, Shiprocket. The estimated delivery time is calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode, so you can see it before you pay; you can also check serviceability and estimated delivery for your pincode on the product or checkout page. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier assigned, and remote or non-metro pincodes may take longer.

Order processing

Orders are typically processed and handed to the courier within 1–2 working days of payment confirmation (or COD confirmation). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, we will send you tracking details by email. You can also track your order anytime from your account using the tracking link provided.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible orders, subject to a ₹49 handling fee and a minimum order value of ₹500. COD availability may depend on your delivery pincode.

Delays

While we work to deliver on time, delivery may occasionally be delayed due to courier issues, weather, regional restrictions, or other factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, contact us at radha.industries26@gmail.com and we will help track it down.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address and pincode are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered late or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If an order is returned for this reason, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, which may incur additional shipping charges.
