These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the WiredCom website at wiredcom.in (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from it. The Site is operated by Radha Industries (“we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Eligibility

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are accessing it under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and are capable of entering into a binding contract.

Products and pricing

We sell CCTV, networking, laptop, computer, and mobile accessories and related electronics. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless stated otherwise. We make every effort to display products and prices accurately, but errors may occasionally occur; if we discover an error in the price or description of an item you ordered, we will contact you with the option to continue at the correct price or cancel. Product images are for illustration and may vary slightly. Availability is subject to stock, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product.

Orders

When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation by email, confirming we have received it; a contract is formed once we accept and process it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a full refund.

Payment

We accept payments through Razorpay, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and other supported methods. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders, with a COD handling fee of ₹49 and a minimum order value of ₹500. Payment must be completed (or COD confirmed) before an order is shipped.

Cancellations

You may cancel an order within 5 hours of placing it, or until it has been shipped, whichever is earlier. To cancel, use your account or contact us at radha.industries26@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, our Returns & Refunds Policy applies.

Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Returns & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale and bulk enquiries are subject to separate terms agreed at the time of order, confirmed through our wholesale enquiry process.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including the WiredCom name, logo, text, and images — is owned by or licensed to Radha Industries and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Radha Industries shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products purchased, beyond the value of the order in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page.
